Mr. Sudarshan Kumbla Venkatramana posses over two decades of extensive experience in production, maintenance, and operational management. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Madras University, 1992. Mr. Venkatramana is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency across the facility. His expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving the management’s strategic business initiatives, helping to position Global Surfaces Group as a leader in the engineered quartz industry. The redesignation of Mr. Venkatramana as Senior Vice President of Operations is a testament to his seasoned expertise and proactive leadership, which continue to drive the success and growth of Global Surfaces Group

Mr. Sanjeev Bansal

Mr. Sanjeev Bansal brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. Since joining Global Surfaces in July 2016, Mr. Bansal has played a critical role in driving sales growth and customer relationship management across various industries.

Mr. Loknath A Bakshi (L. N. Bakshi)

With over 35 years of experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams, Mr. Bakshi brings a wealth of expertise gained across several milestone companies in the natural and engineered stone industry, including Restile, Nitco, Lauret, RAK, Qutone, Simpolo, and Classic Marble (Kalingastone).

In this role, Mr. Bakshi oversees the Company's domestic sales strategy, leads and manages the growing sales team, and drives the delivery of exceptional value to Global Surfaces' partners and clients. His appointment strengthens the Company's leadership as it continues to expand its footprint across the Indian market alongside its established operations spanning the North America and Middle-east.

Mr. Ashish Agarwal

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 6 years of progressive experience spanning corporate financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax governance, and management support functions. Mr. Agarwal has been elevated to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Global Surfaces Limited, having previously served as Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts at the Company. He brings an established record in financial statement finalisation, regulatory compliance, and translating operational data into actionable insights for management decision-making, and now leads the Company's overall financial strategy, reporting, and governance framework.

Mr. Dharam Singh Rathore

A qualified Company Secretary with over 8 years of post-qualification experience across listed companies and diversified corporate groups. Currently serving as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Global Surfaces Limited, with an established record in listed entity governance, SEBI LODR compliance, Board and Committee management, and cross-border regulatory transactions. He brings a strong track record of partnering with senior management and the Board on governance, regulatory risk, strategic transactions, and cross-border compliance.
